1. General provisions
The aim of Apartman 360 Balatonalmádi is to provide its guests with a calm, safe, clean and cultured environment for relaxation. Compliance with these House Rules is mandatory for every guest and for all persons arriving with the guest.
By using the accommodation, the guest accepts the provisions of these House Rules and undertakes to use the apartment, its furnishings, outdoor areas and services properly and for their intended purpose.
In the event of a breach of the House Rules, the operator is entitled to terminate the accommodation service, especially if the guest’s conduct endangers the peace, safety or comfort of others, or the condition of the apartment.

3. Check-in and check-out
The apartment can be occupied on the day of arrival from the time stated in the booking confirmation. Check-in takes place using a key safe, allowing flexible arrival, even late in the evening.
The operator will send the information required for using the key safe to the guest before arrival.
On the day of departure, please leave the apartment by 10:00 AM at the latest, unless a different time has been agreed in advance with the operator.
Upon departure, the guest is required to leave the apartment in a tidy condition, close the windows, switch off electrical appliances, and return or hand over the key in the previously agreed manner.
4. Guest data and presentation of identity documents
In order to use the accommodation service, guests are required to provide the personal data prescribed by law and to present a valid identity document or record it in the designated system.
The provision of data is necessary for guest registration, invoicing and mandatory accommodation administration. The handling of data is governed by the Privacy Notice of Apartman 360 Balatonalmádi.
5. Stay of guests and visitors
Only registered guests included in the booking may stay in the apartment.
At least one guest must be over the age of 18.
Visitors may only be received with the prior permission of the operator. Without the operator’s permission, persons not included in the booking may not stay in the apartment.
The maximum occupancy of the apartment must not be exceeded.
6. Quiet hours and peace
We kindly ask our guests to respect the peace of the neighbourhood in and around the apartment.
Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. During this period, loud music, shouting, noisy behaviour, parties or any activity disturbing others is not permitted.
Events, house parties, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties or larger gatherings may not be held in the apartment.
7. Smoking and fire safety
Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire interior of the apartment, including the use of electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco products.
Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor area, and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.
The use of open flames inside the apartment is prohibited. The use of candles, tealights, incense or any other fire-hazardous device is not permitted.
Escape routes, doors and passageways must be kept clear.
8. Barbecue
The apartment has an outdoor barbecue facility, which may only be used properly, for its intended purpose and with particular care.
When using the barbecue, the guest must comply with fire safety rules, keep the surroundings clean and ensure the safety of others.
After use, the barbecue must be left in a clean and safe condition. Burning, smouldering or hot equipment must not be left unattended.
9. Private wellness
The private wellness area is currently still under development and is therefore not yet available to our guests.
The service is expected to soon provide an exclusive relaxation opportunity with a jacuzzi, infrared sauna and sun terrace with panoramic views of Lake Balaton. Separate usage rules may apply to the wellness area in the future.
10. Use of the terrace, glass railing, fence and outdoor areas
The terrace, glass railing, fence, stairs, outdoor furniture and other outdoor elements may only be used properly, for their intended purpose and with particular care.
It is prohibited to climb, sit on, lean over, put weight on, or otherwise misuse the glass railing, fence, outdoor furniture or any other surface not intended for such use.
The guest is required to ensure their own safety and the safety of persons arriving with them, especially children. Children may stay on the terrace, near stairs, glass railings, fences, the barbecue and other accident-prone outdoor areas only under adult supervision.
The guest is responsible for any damage or accidents resulting from improper use, negligence, alcohol or intoxicated condition, breach of the House Rules or failure to supervise children.
11. Use of furnishings and equipment
The furnishings, furniture, appliances, kitchen utensils and other equipment of the apartment must be used properly and for their intended purpose.
It is prohibited to remove any furnishing, textile, kitchen utensil or other equipment from the apartment.
In the event of malfunction, damage or irregular operation, the guest must immediately notify the operator. The guest is not entitled to carry out repairs or call a specialist without the operator’s prior permission.
12. Damage
The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage caused by them, by persons arriving with them, or by visitors admitted by them.
Damage includes, in particular, the damage, loss or malfunction caused by improper use of furniture, furnishings, appliances, textiles, doors and windows, walls, floor coverings, outdoor elements, keys, key safe, barbecue, wellness equipment or other equipment.
The guest must immediately report any damage to the operator. The operator is entitled to claim reimbursement for the damage caused.
13. Cleanliness, cleaning and waste management
We kindly ask our guests to use the apartment and its surroundings cleanly and properly.
Waste must be placed in the designated area. Please do not dispose of food waste, grease, hygiene products or any other unsuitable items in the drain or toilet.
For stays longer than one week, weekly cleaning, bed linen change and towel change are provided.
In the event of extraordinary soiling or cleaning needs exceeding normal use, the operator may charge an additional cleaning fee.
14. Guests arriving with young children
The apartment is a family-friendly accommodation. For guests arriving with babies, we provide a travel cot, mattress, sheet, baby bathtub and high chair.
Parents, legal guardians or the adult guest arriving with the child are responsible for the safety and continuous supervision of children at all times.
Please ensure that children stay on the terrace, near stairs, glass railings, fences, the barbecue and other outdoor areas only under adult supervision.
15. Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment.
We kindly ask for our guests’ understanding, as this helps us ensure the cleanliness of the apartment, preserve its condition and maintain the comfort of all our guests.
16. Parking
Parking is only permitted in the designated area.
Use of the parking area is at the guest’s own risk. The operator is not liable for damage to vehicles, valuables left in vehicles or items missing from vehicles, unless the damage was caused by the operator’s attributable conduct.
17. Valuables and personal belongings
Guests are responsible for their own valuables, cash, jewellery, electronic devices and other personal belongings.
A safe is available for our guests in every apartment, and we ask guests to use it for the secure storage of valuables.
Please close the doors and windows when leaving the apartment, and do not leave valuables in clearly visible places.
The operator is not liable for personal belongings left in the apartment, outdoor areas or parking area, unless the damage was caused by the operator’s attributable conduct.
18. Safety
When leaving the apartment, please close the doors and windows and switch off the lights, air conditioning, hob and other electrical appliances.
It is prohibited to bring in dangerous, flammable, explosive or unlawful substances.
The guest must immediately notify the operator of any circumstance that may cause an accident risk, malfunction, damage or irregular operation.
19. Camera system
A camera system operates for property protection purposes in the outdoor areas of the accommodation, monitoring only the external areas, such as the street front, courtyard and entrance area.
The cameras do not monitor the interior, private-use areas of the apartment.

20. Lost property
Please hand over any found items to the operator.
The operator will, where possible, keep items left in the apartment by the guest and arrange their return based on agreement. The cost of returning such items shall be borne by the guest.
21. Breach of the House Rules
In the event of a breach of the House Rules, the operator is entitled to call upon the guest to cease the violation.
In the event of a serious or repeated breach of the rules, disturbance of the peace of others, damage, improper use, unauthorised reception of guests, breach of the smoking ban or dangerous conduct, the operator is entitled to terminate the accommodation service immediately.
In such a case, the guest is not entitled to compensation or a refund if the service is terminated due to the guest’s breach of contract or violation of the House Rules.
22. Final provisions
These House Rules apply to the guests of Apartman 360 Balatonalmádi and to all persons arriving with them.
The purpose of the House Rules is not to restrict guests, but to ensure a safe, calm and pleasant stay for all guests.
In matters not regulated by these House Rules, the applicable Hungarian laws, the Privacy Notice and any applicable General Terms and Conditions shall apply.
